1. Promoter Details
The promoter is Experience Sussex.

2. Competition Overview

  • The #12DaysOfSussex giveaway runs daily from 1 December 2025 to 12 December 2025.
  • Each day features a separate prize and a separate competition post on the Experience Sussex Instagram page (@ExperienceSussex).
  • Each daily competition opens at 07:00 GMT and the closing date will be specified on the competition post.
  • Please see details of each individual prize in the post caption.

3. How to Enter

  • Entrants must follow the instructions in the relevant Instagram post (e.g., like, comment, tag).
  • Entry is free; no purchase is necessary.
  • Only entries submitted via Instagram on the official post will be accepted, received within the timeframe specified.

4. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Experience Sussex, the business contributing the prize and their immediate families are excluded.
  • Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms of use.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries using a fair and verifiable method.
  • Winners will be notified via Instagram Stories/direct Message on the date specified on each post. 
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Experience Sussex reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • No alternative prize will be offered for a previously selected winner who failed to respond within the given time frame. 

6. Prizes

  • Each prize is as described in the caption of the Instagram post.
  • No alternative prize is available.
  • Experience Sussex reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Prize fulfilment will be organised between the prize provider and the winner directly. Experience Sussex take no responsibility to deliver or fulfil the prize itself.
  • For prizes containing alcohol the winner will need to verify their age to prove they are over 18 years old. 
  • For prizes containing food the responsibility sits with the prize winner to ensure that any specific allergens or intolerances are avoided.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, you consent to your Instagram handle being announced on our page if you win, even if your account is a private account. 

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for administering the competition.
  • The winners details will only be shared with the prize provider.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta..
  • By entering, you release Instagram from any liability related to this competition.

10. Fairness & Compliance

  • Entries must comply with Instagram’s rules and UK advertising regulations (CAP Code Section 8).
  • Experience Sussex reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms or appear fraudulent.

11. Liability

  • Experience Sussex accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Experience Sussex shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
