First year marketing results

ExperienceSussex.com launched in December 2024 so we've gathered some key stats from the first year. The website had 251,000 sessions with an engagement rate of 72.6%. The 830 businesses listed on our site were shown to visitors 139,000 times across the year, resulting in 46,000 clicks out from listings on the site.
The top five non-UK site visitors are from USA, Ireland, Netherlands, Australia & Germany, and the 26% of site visitors are in or around London.
The most visited pages are 'What's On' and 'Things to do' as well as our seasonal pages which varied across the year. Do keep us posted with your seasonal news at marketing@experiencesussex.com and remember to keep your product listing details up to date throughout the year, by adding relevant information in to your description and keeping your images fresh and relevant - you can include 5 images.

We also welcomed journalists from the UK and abroad on press trips in the region, as well as 14 published press features, including The Times, The Guardian, and International Traveller. We've also focussed on an international market with two Expedia campaigns, focussing on US and Nordic markets.
