Spring in Sussex

As winter fades away, Sussex bursts into life in spring. The rolling hills are painted with lush greenery and vibrant blossoms. Spring is the perfect season to visit Sussex’s famous gardens, such as Nymans and Wakehurst. Admire a kaleidoscope of blossoms and blooms and take a moment to smell the roses – literally. Or head on a leisurely stroll through the picturesque countryside to marvel at the blossoming cherry trees and emerging daffodils. Going to Arundel? Make sure you see the terrific display of tulips in the grounds of Arundel castle from April through to May.

The South Downs National Park offers numerous trails for walkers and cyclists alike, allowing you to experience the beauty of the rolling hills and coastal backdrops.
