Discover the Wealden Wine Trail

Tucked away among rolling hills, ancient woodland and charming villages, the Wealden Wine Trail offers a relaxed and rewarding way to explore one of Sussex’s most distinctive rural landscapes. Set within the High Weald National Landscape, the trail brings together a collection of vineyards that showcase the quality, character and growing reputation of English wine.

The Wealden countryside provides ideal conditions for viticulture. Gently sloping land, sheltered valleys and a mix of clay and sandstone soils create an environment well suited to cool‑climate grape varieties. Winemakers here work closely with the land, producing wines that reflect both their setting and the care taken at every stage of the process.  Explore the vineyards that make up the Wealden Wine Trail below, each is unique and offers the perfect day out.
